HRJPG.com is a platform that provides JPG content and licensing services, enabling content providers to grant licenses to buyers for the use of their content.

Content Management

Platform Rights: HRJPG.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the availability of any content or the functionality of uploads and downloads at any time, without prior notice or refund.
Titles and Keywords: All titles and keywords for uploaded content will be completed by the platform.
Content Review: Every image will be reviewed to ensure it meets our high-resolution quality standards; non-compliant images will not be accepted.
Upload Limitations: There is a maximum upload limit, which may fluctuate based on approval speed, image quality, and the number of categories for a project.
Agreement to Rules: By uploading content, the contributor agrees to all regulations. The contributor is responsible for reviewing the latest guidelines and policies before each upload, as they may be subject to change or modification.

Intellectual Property & Legal Liability

Copyright Warranty: The uploader must guarantee that their photos do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, moral rights, or any other rights.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute with a third party arising from uploaded photos, the uploader is responsible for resolving the matter at their own risk and expense.
Indemnification: HRJPG.com reserves the right to seek equivalent compensation from the uploader for any losses incurred as a result of such disputes.
Content Warranty: The seller must warrant the quality and rights of the material, including copyrights, model releases, and property releases. Failure to do so may result in damages or litigation if a buyer makes a purchase in error.

Revenue & Payment

Payment Threshold: Once accumulated earnings reach a minimum of $100 USD, HRJPG.com will process the payment within 14 days.
Payment Method: Payments will be processed via the PayPal account provided by the contributor during the upload process. A PayPal account is mandatory for receiving payments.
Revenue Share: Contributors will receive 40% of the fee collected from a buyer for each download of their content, exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties.

Content Ownership & Licensing

Content Copyright: All copyrights to the content remain the property of the contributor. The contributor retains all rights not explicitly granted to HRJPG.com in this agreement.
Buyer's License: The contributor grants the buyer a perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, make available, distribute, sublicense, crop, modify, alter, combine with other works, or create derivative works from the content.
HRJPG.com's Termination Right: The contributor grants HRJPG.com the irrevocable and exclusive right to terminate the license granted to buyers on behalf of the contributor.
HRJPG.com's Promotional License: The contributor grants HRJPG.com a worldwide, royalty-free license to use uploaded content for the following purposes:
- To reproduce, make available, and distribute the content.
- To sublicense the content to affiliates, contractors, and partners.
- To crop, modify, alter, or edit the content for use on the service.
- To use the content in appropriate file formats for graphic descriptions, other media advertising materials, and on other websites to promote the HRJPG® service.
Exclusive Content: If the content granted to HRJPG.com is exclusive, the contributor agrees that HRJPG.com has the exclusive right to distribute and offer the content in digital vector format. The contributor shall not permit any other party to offer the content for download or purchase in digital vector format.
Waiver of Moral Rights: Granting the license constitutes a waiver and an agreement not to assert any acts or omissions that may infringe on any moral rights in the content.

Agreement Enforcement

Contributor Eligibility:
- Individuals must be at least 18 years of age.
- Companies or other legal entities must have the full capacity to enter into this agreement.
- The contributor is the sole and exclusive owner of the content.
- The contributor permits HRJPG.com to offer the content on the service.
- The content is free of viruses, worms, trojans, or other code that could harm or enable unauthorized access to a recipient’s computer or network.
Assumption of Risk: The use of this service is entirely at the contributor's own risk.
Agreement Relationship: The contributor may not assign, novate, or sublicense this agreement or any of its rights. The parties are not in an agent or partnership relationship.

Contributor Image Submission Guidelines

The following outlines key information for uploading content to HRJPG.com. Please read carefully.

I. Upload Process & Review

Submission: Contributors are not required to register an account. To submit, you must provide the artwork (JPG images with dimensions exceeding 5000 pixels on both sides) and a PayPal account, along with payment for the platform's manual processing fee.
Platform Curation: If your work is deemed suitable for sale on HRJPG.com, the platform will handle the upload and the creation of titles and keywords for your image.
Professional Review: Each file is individually inspected by our graphic design experts to ensure it meets HRJPG.com guidelines. In most cases, the review will be completed and the content will be made available online within 48 hours.
Notifications: We will notify you via email if there are any issues with your upload.

II. Copyrights, Liabilities & Restrictions

Copyright Ownership: You must be the sole copyright holder of any content you upload. You are responsible for ensuring all copyright regulations are met.
Moral Rights: Uploaders (including groups such as schools) are deemed to waive and agree not to assert any moral rights as authors against the company, photo downloaders, or any other third party.
Authorship Prohibition: Contributors are prohibited from adding a signature or authorial credit to any uploaded photos. Should a signature be present, the copyright is still transferred to the company upon upload.
Copyright Transfer: By uploading a photo, the contributor agrees to transfer all copyrights of that photo to the company. Thereafter, the copyright of the photo belongs to the company.
Contributor Liability: The photo uploader bears full responsibility for the uploaded photo and warrants that they possess all rights to the photo and have obtained all necessary usage rights for the photo: non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and unrestricted usage rights, independent of the purpose of use.
Infringement Disputes: In the event of a dispute with a third party concerning an uploaded photo, the uploader shall resolve the matter at their own risk and expense and shall not cause any inconvenience to the company. The company reserves the right to seek compensation from the photo uploader for any losses incurred.
Immediate Notification Obligation: The uploader must immediately notify the company upon receiving any complaints or legal action from a third party regarding infringement of intellectual property rights, moral rights, or other rights.
Platform Rights to Refuse & Delete: HRJPG.com reserves the right to refuse to upload or delete any uploaded photo at any time if the company deems it to be defective, of low quality, infringing on any rights, or unsuitable for public display. The company is not obligated to notify the uploader or provide a reason for deletion.
Prohibited Content: The company does not accept any photos that infringe on copyright, property rights, trademarks, or other third-party rights, nor does it accept any content containing adult material. The sale of any material that is not suitable for commercial use or infringes on third-party rights is strictly prohibited. The contributor is responsible for submitting material that is free of any issues.
Prohibition on Plagiarism: HRJPG.com strictly prohibits the copying or imitation of others' work. You are required to produce and upload only your original works.

III. Revenue & Usage Terms

Payment Conditions: Once the revenue for a JPG image reaches $100 USD, payment will be processed to your PayPal account within 14 days.
Usage on Other Platforms: The company permits contributors to upload photos to other stock image websites. However, this clause does not apply if such websites require the transfer or waiver of copyright.
Third-Party Download Rights: If a photo is uploaded to another website with the company's permission, the company will not assert copyright ownership against the contributor for legally authorized downloads from that platform.
Deletion Restriction: Uploaded photos cannot be deleted by the contributor without the company's consent.

IV. Copyright and Model/Property Release Requirements

Moral and Property Rights: If the content includes identifiable real people, a model release must be obtained prior to submission. If the main object in the content belongs to a third party (e.g., artwork), a property release must be secured beforehand. Without a property release, such material should not be sold.
Copyright Research: Contributors must investigate and confirm potential copyright issues for all uploaded content. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Copyrighted artworks (typically protected for 50 years after the author's death, though laws vary by country).
- Designed products, including unique items or products from major brands.
- Pets or famous animals.
- Photography on third-party owned or managed properties (e.g., amusement parks, zoos, historical buildings, or private homes with rules against commercial photography).
